Outlook 2003 only starts in Safe Mode

I had Office XP running. I started getting the request for Disk2 (and when
you give give it it keeps asking you again and again) so I added Office 2003
Basic. Now, everything works except Outlook will only start in Safe Mode and
only sometimes. HELP :)

Ensure Outlook 2002 is NOT installed. If it is then uninstall it.try
repairing your Outlook installation. try a new profile.
