I have 2 users using Outlook 2003, while the rest of the
office uses either Outlook 2000 or Outlook through Office
XP. All Outlook clients are accessing an Exchange 2000
server. In both users' case, they have been experiencing
problems where they are not receiving email messages
sometimes. Several people who do not have Outlook 2003
have sent these people messages with or without
attachments, and the 2003 user claims they never received
the message. This is becoming a problem because of
projects becoming due and meetings.

Are there known problems with Outlook 2003 in a mixed
enviroment? If so, any suggestions?

Thanks

I've heard of problems with people accessing their Exchange mailboxes with
mixed versions of OL (i.e., OL 2000 on one system and OL 2003 on another to
access the same mailbox), but not with different people using mixed versions
of OL. In fact, with a few thousand mailboxes here hosted on Exchange 2000,
we have OL 2000, 2002, and 2003 with no trouble.
