Outlook 2007 oddity

On 4 different machines (2 upgrades and 2 fresh installs - 3 XPSP2 and 1
Vista Business), Outlook 2007, the SEND and RECEIVE button does not work
after a few use. Hitting F9 or manually going to hit SEND / RECEIVE doesa
not invoke the process. Also, I have all these set up with multiple Outlook
/ Mail profiles. My user account and a Support account I use. This all
worked before Outlook 2007 (Office 2000, XP, and 2003).

What add-ins are you running?
I am assuming this is Outlook 2007 RTM/Final and the Vista machine is
RTM/Final as well?

NO add-ins of any kind and yes, they are both RTMs.
