Outlook 2003 & Null

H

Harry Sampson

Hi,

When I send a plain text message, the recipient always notices that the word
"null" (w/o the quotes) is appended to the end of the message.

When I send a plain hmtl message, there is an attachment that contains the
word "null". For example the recipient will receive at an attachment
ATT00009.txt (97 B) containing "null" (w/o quotes).

How do I stop the "null" from being appended to my messages?

This is most likely caused by one of your add-ins and I suspect your
virusscanner. See if there are updates for your add-in or enable them one by
one to determine which is causing you the issue.

Hi Roady,

My Norton Systemworks 2004 (Norton anti-virus) and Webroot SpySweeper
(anti-spyware) and Cloudmark are all current. I ran the updates on all.

I suspect this problem might be a difficult one to track down.
