Outlook 2003 no longer runs rules

Outlook 2003
SP3
One POP-3 account.

I purchased office 2007, hated it and uninstalled it after doing a "side by
side" install with 2003. After uninstall of 2007, my rules will NOT run,
even manually. I even deleted all of them and created a new one to try and
still it won't run. Running on a Home XP sytem, also at SP3.

Any help would be just wonderful.

Did you try to repair 2003? FWIW, there is no way to run two versions of
outlook 'side by side' and whatever you tried to do probably screwed it up.
A repair may fix it.

Well, I did not try to run both outlook's side by side but yes, that is
what screwed it up. I did a repir and now it works fine.
