Outlook 2003: No Longer Able to Download Email Pictures

Why after the november security updates do I not have the ability to
download pictures from an email that I know is safe. I have gone into the
security settings and adjusted those buttons but I have no list bar any
longer asking if I want to download the pictures in any email.

Hi Jeff
If you checked the email settings and they are correct I am not sure
what the problem is but I wanted to let you know I'm running 2003 with all
of the latest MS updates including this weeks changes and I have no problem
with downloading pictures.

I am having the same problem, it started when I was using Office Xp and
tried upgrading to Outlook 2003 but still not fixed. I went in to
Tools>Options>security>change automatic download settings and unchecked the
boxes. I also set my Zone settings to internet but still no pictures, every
picture is replaced with a URL.
