Does anyone know how to set up Outlook 2003 to automatically resolve
name/exchange server information for anyone who logs in? Any help would be
appreciated.

By default there is no way. But, there is a software package called Profile
Maker that is excellent. I can't remember who makes it but it worked
wonderfully in a 700 system multiuser environment a couple years back.

You can create a prf-file for this and call it at logon by use of a script.
For more info about the prf-file see the Office Resource Kit.

There are native ways to do this. See my reply.
