Outlook 2003 missing link browser

When I try to open a link in an e-mail, instead of opening the link in
explorer it goes to my documents and the window is title "locate link
browser".
Anyone have any idea how to fix this.

i think the problem is the default program to open the link
probably not explorer...
try to change it
