Outlook 2003 Meeting request replies-only want to see ones with co

Hello,
I help people with questions on software and someone asked me if there was a
way to set up a meeting in calendar and request replies, however they only
want to see the ones where someone has added a comment to their reply. How
can I filter for the comment field in a response? And if I create a rule to
filter those without comments to fall into an inbox subfolder, will they
still tally?
 
Have you seen the request from Nick Vafiades? I had the same question. I have
not yet tried the solution proposed to Nick
