Meeting Requests - Reply All

Is there a way to set Microsoft Outlook so that when you reply to a
meeting request it defaults to Reply All - so that all meeting
reciepents see your response to the meeting request.

Currently, the response goes back to the person that scheduled the
meeting, and then that person has to reschedule the meeting.

My company would like to configure Outlook so that all Meeting Request
reciepents see that initial accept or decline of a meeting.

Is Outlook or Exchange configurable to do this?

No, there's no setting to do that. Furthermore, I suspect that if there were, after a few days, users would complain so much about the clutter of meeting request responses that you'd turn it off.
