How to add Mydocument folder shortcut on outlook 2003 manubar?

Change the Naviogation pane view to Shortcuts, then drag My Documents from
the Desktop to the "Shortcuts" label at the top of the Nav Pane.

This will not, however, allow you to drag a message from Outlook to the
shortcut. What it will do is give you a shortcut to the folder that you can
double-click to open.

however, i do not see there is a "Shortcuts" label

At the bottom of the Navigation Pane there are buttons called "Mail",
"Calendar", "Contacts", "Tasks", "Notes", "Folder List", "Shortcuts", and
"Journal". Click the one named "Shortcuts". Then look at the top of the
Navigation Pane. You'll see the work "Shortcuts" at the top, probably with
"Outlook Today" and "Microsoft Office Online" just below it. Drag the "My
Documents" folder on your Desktop to that top word "Shortcuts".
