Outlook 2003 Mailbox Missing Junk E-Mail Folder

Hi.

I am having a problem with a user who is receiving
amazing amounts of spam. Her primary account is a shared
mailbox, and we have added her profile as an additional
mailbox. The primary account has a Junk Email folder,
and I can filter spam in this mailbox, but her mailbox is
missing her Junk Email folder, so even if I turn
filtering on to the highest level there is nowhere to
filter spam to.

Is there some setting I don't have turned on? Why is her
Junk mail folder missing? What should I do?

The Junk E-mail Filter only works on the mailbox that is set as the primairy
account and when Cached Exchange Mode is enabled.
