Outlook 2003 Login box keeps appearing

I want to use my outlook facility to organise my email accounts I have a
webbased email account which I want to open using outlook when I have set it
up, the login details window continually appears every 20 seconds when I open
Outlook. The processing seems to be working but I cannot do any work because
of the window keeping appearing. does anyone know how to solve this problem I
have deleted and reinstated the link to my webmail but that does not work.

Mike,

To clarify are you stating that you are using Outlook and you are accessing
an internet email account via Outlook such as Yahoo. When you set-up the
account in Outlook did you indicate to have it remember your password?

Hi Francine
Yes I obtained the mailhub address from my provider, and I filled out all
the relevant info in the dialogue box. When I open Outlook I can get the
emails from my provider but the login box keeps coming up. I did check the
button to remember the password.
