Outlook 2003 keeps starting in Safe Mode

Help! I have asked this before before and tried what was offered.

Since the upgrade to Oulook 2003 (from 2000, methinks) Outlook will only
start in Safe Mode. I checked Event Viewer and I get:

Source:Office 11
Event ID:1000
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.6408.0, stamp 416add54, debug? 0, fault
address 0x00373ea0

I have reinstalled, checked the Knowledge Base and have even switched
profiles, to no avail. Btw, I'm running XP Home Edition.

Does anybody else have any ideas?
