Outlook 2003 keeping offline

Either I connect network, the outlook icon at task bar, still keeping offline.

Not enough info to go on - please reply with a lot more detail about your
setup.
 
I kind of have a similar problem. Where I have a Outlook client that keeps
defaulting back to Work Offline when its launched. You can set to work
online, and works fine. Though once you re-launch the client....BOOOM....back
to work offline. Any ideas?
