Outlook 2003 junk spam filter terminal error / stopped working

Hello, Since some time our junkmail do not work anymore. We are using pop
acounts in outlook 2003 sp2 (dutch version). I 've found out that the problem
is only when users log on to terminal server /citrix when i log on localy (on
the same servers) as a user the junk filter works fine. When I remote (both
ica and rdp) log in with admin rights the spam filter is working fine . But
as a normal user no junk filter.

Servers are win2k servers with sp4 and all updates.
Somebody knows what rights to change so it works for all users? Or other
suggestions??

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am having it on a Windows
2003 Server, Sp1. The junk filter worked fine in the past, but only works
for Admin users now. (Haven't tried logging in locally, but that's not a
real option)

Thanks

I called microsoft. It is a known problem and they are working on a hotfix.
(release in february) Workaround for me was to reinstall office and install
the junk filter of july 2005. The problem (in my case) was only with the
updates of august and later.

That article doesn't appear to be in the KB as of yet.
