Junk Filter Stopped Working

Last Thursday my Outlook 2003 Junk filter stopped working. There are hundreds
of "blocked senders" that have accumulated over the years, but their mail is
not being sent to Junk. Have there been any reports of security updates
disabling the Outlook Junk functionality?

Did you install an update just before you noticed the problem? There have
been reports of some updates breaking the junk mail filter.

The latest Security Update for XP (KB951376) installed on Friday, which is
the day the filter stopped working.

Uninstall the update and see if the problem goes away.

I had installed Visio 2007 when my junk email filter stopped working. I
uninstall it and it starts working again.

Install it again, and junk mail filter breaks again. Lovely.

If Visio is causing you a problem and it's a fairly recent purchase, you
have 90 days of free support. Let Microsoft know of the problem.

I have Outlook 2007 on Vista and a mac notebook with Entourage 2008 - junk
filter doesn't work on either one of them.

You should start your own thread and give the details of exactly what goes
wrong and how you've tried to fix it.
