Outlook 2003 spam filter not working

The spam filter in Outlook just stopped working - nothing going into my Junk
Email folder. I tried downloading the latest filter, re-setting the junk mail
preferences (high) and nothing. All junk comes into my inbox now.

Hi Brian:

Thank you for your reply. I followed instructions and I don't seem to have
the Junk Email Rule file. I guess that would explain why it's not working! I
have set the rule in Outlook but it's being ignored.

Any other ideas on how I can force Outlook to re-create the file?

It should be recreated. If that page didn't help, try a new mail profile or
Help>Detect and Repair. Other than that, I don't know.
