Outlook 2003 Junk filter does not respect my "Safe" Senders List

Outlook 2003 continues to move mail to my "Junk" folder even though I told it
that certain senders and recipients are "safe." This is very annoying. 90%
of my email that makes it into my "Junk" folder is email from people from
whom I want to get their email. One particularly annoying sender that is
often flags as junk is email I send to my home address from my own work email
address!!!

I have the same problem MikeSchinkel wrote about below -- and I have for
months (if not years). Is there any known fix to this problem? I've
specified several domains that should always be considered safe, yet messages
from people in those domains routinely ends up in my junk mail box....
