Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail problem (WXP-Pro)

There is one email that seems to always get thru the
Outloook 2003 Junk E-mail filter. I have my Options set
to 'Safe Lists Only'. This email address is not on
my 'Safe Senders' or 'Safe Recipients' lists, and is on
the 'Blocked Senders' list, but continues to get thru the
filter. It is not spam, just someone who I dont want to
receive their emails anymore.

I have also updated Outlook to the latest updates.

Any suggestions?

Is that person in your contacts list?

Yes, that person is in my contacts list. I dont think
that should matter. I have others in my contact list and
also in my 'Blocked Senders' list, and their emails go
directly to the Junk E-mail folder.

okay, i'm confused. i thought you wanted it treated as spam/junk and get
moved to the junk e-mail folder. there is a new feature in outlook 2003
that implicitly trusts everyone in your contacts folder not to be classed as
spam/junk. now that i re-read your description, perhaps you need a inbox
rule to delete messages from said person/email address. try tools | rules
wizard to create said rule.
