Outlook 2003 hangs on shutdown

Can anyone tell how to fix this. After the red x has been
clicked and outlook 2003 has closed a review of the
processes reveals that outlook.exe is still running and
does not stop.

It doesnt work. I already did that and repair the office
too. But still outlook.exe still runs in the back
