Outlook 2003 hangs after exiting.

connected to vpn, setting up 100 users. anyway i send/recieve, no problems,
then exit. it exit but icons in taskbar are still there. tried everything on
here, disabling firewall (completely the service) antivirus, and also
automatic updates. what could be the problem
 
by the way it only happens on one image of a fujitsu p1120. we also have ibm
thinkpad t41's that have outlook 2k3 and dont have one problem. cant figure
out what it is.
