outlook 2003 get freezed opening messages in the inbox

How do i solve this problem? I already re-install outlook from scratch and
the problem is still there. And i already move the pst. file to another
computer and it works perfect. The problem is in the computer of that user.

Try creating a new mail profile and opening the PST in that new profile.
