Outlook 2003 - Freezing when open multiple emails

I have a strange problem with outlook and is happening for more than one user.

If a user opens more than 2 emails at a time Outlook will freeze, Ending the
task is the only way to close outlook and restarting it emails will freeze
again.

Any ideas will be grateful.

I have tried:
- Uninstalling / Reinstalling Office
- Deleting the mailbox and adding it back again.
- Updating to SP2

I'm at a loss here.

Sounds like a faulty addin to me.
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

I have tried:

- Updating to SP2

Note that Office 2003 already is at SP3 level with additional updates.
