Outlook 2003 Format Conversion

Hi…

In Outlook 2003, when we try to change the format of received email from
Plain Text to HTML, the font will default to Times New Roman. All the
settings in Tools > Options… > Mail Format > Fonts… > Message Fonts have no
effect on it.
Tried also to change the setting in Internet Explorer Tools > Internet
Options… > Fonts… to no avail.
Any idea where we can change the setting enabling the default font other
than Times New Roman?

Thanks and regards,

Unfortunately, that's the way Outlook has always worked. I've never found a
way to change that behavior.
