Customer wants all unread email to
automatically go to a seperate folder named UNREAD EMAIL.

I have a client with OL2003 attached in a SBS2000
network.

She claims that at one time this worked, but I never
witnessed it nor know of this being possible:

She wants all her UNREAD email to automatically go to a
seperate folder (I created) named UNREAD EMAIL.

Whe will then go to this folder and read the emails.
Upon the emails being read, the emails will then
AUTOMATICALLY be moved to the INBOX folder.

Is this possible and how? I do not see any RULES that
will allow this to happen.

Please help.

Sounds like the customer is describing the search folder called "Unread
Mail". This "search" folder can be recreated very easily if it was removed.
(Right click on Search Folders and select New Search Folder to bring up the
dialog to create a new one.)
