Outlook 2003 filter problem

I have created a rule to move all incoming emails to Junk when I'm not
in the 'To' or 'Cc' field.
However I'm receiving in my inbox emails from people who have the same
email address to both 'From' and 'To' fields!
Anyone knows why this is happening??

The sender and recipient addresses of a message have nothing whatsoever to
do with what you see in the From and To headers. Forging those fields (and
making them the same) is a trick often used by SPAMmers.
