Outlook 2003 Email Rules

I need to set-up an email rule for emails coming in from a specifc email
address, with the same message in the Subject line...ffor instance, it will
come from email address (e-mail address removed); Subject: Condolence~
I am able to accomplish this part of the task. I am however challenged with
setting up an Auto Reply to be sent when one of these emails are received?
We want to send an auto reply to everyone who submits a condolence to the
family. How can I do this?

to successfully get an Auto Reply for this same item to work...I hope that
makes sense. So in the meantime, I am sending a manual email replying to
their condolences.

What type of mail account? What is the exact rule?

Microsoft Exchange Server hosted by Cbeyond

Emails received from (e-mail address removed):
Apply this rule after the message arrives with ‘Condolence’ or ‘Obituary’ in
the subject; Move it to the Condolences folder

And why can't you add the "reply using a specific template" action as well?

I tried that and it didn't work. Maybe I am doing something wrong...what
steps do I need to "add" to my Rule in order to accomplish this?

I created the template I wanted, saved it to disk, then the action I mentioned
in my prior post. It worked for me. The message was moved and I received a
reply.

It still didn't work for me....I must be doing something wrong. Thank you
