Outlook 2003 delegate problem.

I have a problem with a delegate for my calendar.

I have setup a user in my company as a delegate with full access to my
calendar with the exception of private appointments.
He may see my calendar appointments (except for the private appointments)
but cannot create,edit or delete appointments on my calendar. I have looked
everywhere I can think of and it just won't work. I do the same thing on
anothers users machine ( that is grant someone access to their calendar as a
delegate) and it works fine it just seems to be off my machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that the delegate has at least editor permissions to the calendar.
