Outlook 2003 Default Reminder Time

In outlook 2003 with the 5 day view calendar when you
click in the calender itself to set an apointment verses
creating a "NEW" event through the menue the default
reminder time is 18 hours. When you go through the menu
options to create a new event the default reminder is 15
minutes. How can I get the 18 hours to go to 15 minutes

18 hours is the default (can't be changed) for an all-day event. If you want
a non-all-day appointment, click on the time you want for it to start, then
start typing.
