Outlook 2003 crashs on Close?

Dears,
Everytime I Close my MS Outlook 2003, it crashes and gives me error that
tell "Outlook Encounter a problem.....Send Error Report...."
 
What is logged to the Event Viewer?

I am having the same issue, read thru the forum and possibly an OAB, or a bad
pst?

I am having this same error. Doesnt happen all the time but most of the time.
When closing outlook, the error message displays and you have to select "Do
not restart Outlook."
I have uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled but it still happens.
Any idea what I can do?
