Outlook 2003 crashing, failing to start in safe mode.

This started today.

Recent Changes:
Installed Business Contact Manager
Removed Exchange Account

Other Oddities:
My Exchange mailbox was listed twice, as well as Public Folders and other
items I had placed in Public Folder Favorites.

It crashes as soon as I start it and won't start in safe mode. The
following data is from Event Viewer.

I haven't restored to a previous restore point, though that is an option.
My .pst file opens when accessed from a different system, so I'm pretty sure
that's ok.

Any help would be appreciated.

the problem.

Mine turned out to be a conflict between the Business Contact Manager
Connector and MSN Connector.

to fix it, I ended up logging in as administraror and renaming my profile
under Documents and Settings and then loggin back in as me, creating a new
profile. My outlook worked then. The downside of this is all of your
desktop customization is gone: paths, menus, icons, everything.
