office 2003 safe mode issue

I have asked comm at work for help, but no one knows the answer to my outlook
2003 issue:

Every time I start Outlook 2003 I receive a error message and have to start
in Safe Mode. It's more of an annoyance than anything but I'd really
appreciate it if someone knows how to make the problem disappear. Here's the
error code:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8000.0, stamp 43599e06,
faulting module emsmdb32.dll, version 11.0.8000.0, stamp 43599ef9, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00019133.

What Outlook addins do you run? Disable them all, and then try adding them
in one at a time to see if you can isolate the culprit.
I also suggest you make sure that Outlook & Windows are both fully patched -
you might also try a detect & repair on Outlook from the help menu.
