outlook 2003 crashes?

I have Outlook 2003 installed on windows Vista Home edition and it crashes
routinely no message other than Outlook has stopped working. I have created
a new profile and set it as the default it worked perfect for a day and a
half. Hoping someone has found another solution to this problem.

I assume you have run Detect/Repair from the OL help menu?
Any anti virus intergrated with Outlook, if so the second thing to try would
be uninstalling this
Youve run scanpst.exe on your data file?
If all the above is ok, then try opening outlook in useing the safe switch
outlook.exe /safe
