Microsoft Outlook 2007 Crashes

L

luka vignjevic

I have a user whose Outlook crashes when they either go to their tasks or contacts. The user is running Windows Vista OS and Outlook 2007. Our Exchange server is version 6.5 on Windows Server 2003 OS. Tried to troubleshoot removed all add-ins and still had the same problem when a local profile was created everytying seemed fine.
Microsoft stated it was the exchange server, however, all other users are running Windows XP with MS Office 2003 and no one is having problems. Sounds like a compatatbility problem to me or just a workstation issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks for you help.

if you close and re-start outlook with the /safe switch, does it work? If
so, I'd try the /cleanviews switch (it will delete all custom view).
