Outlook 2003 Crashes upon Attaching File

I am currently running Outlook 2003 on two Terminal Servers which are Server
2003 Standard. I have one user who consistently receives Outlook errors and
crashes upon attaching files to an email. The crashes only occur on one of
the terminal servers and not the other. I have tried recreating his Outlook
profile, deleting his outcmd.dat file.. all patches have been applied, but I
cannot seem to figure out what the problem is. We are running Exchange 2003
sp2 as well. The error message which is logged in the app log is the
following:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6565.0, stamp 42cacc7d,
faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, stamp 45d70ad8, debug?0,
fault address 0x0001bd02

This means you are using the cloudmark apam filter try this
1. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\{insert your username here}\Local
Settings\Application Data\Cloudmark\SpamNet\

2. Delete all of the files in this folder.

3. Restart your computer.
