Outlook 2003 fails to close properly and generates an errot msg.

Since installing the latest Office server pack I receive an appliation error
msg and the 2 following messages are generated in the event viewer. This
happens almost every time I exit out of outlook. I have tried the detect and
repair and that has not proved to help. I am re-downloading the Office SP2
one more time now and will try to re-install it in case the original download
I did was bad or corrupted. I wouldcreally prefer to just get a copy of the
executable "outlook.exe, version 11.0.6565.0" and install it by its self but
I am not able to find it by its self.

Any Idea where I can get it?

After furious head scratching, JTR asked:

Oops!

Some common reasons why Outlook will not shut down completely when you click
either the X or Exit:

1. PDA synchronization software with your PDA in the cradle.
2. WinFax Pro (especially 10.02 in Outlook 2003) - contact their support
for an alleged fix.
3. Franklin-Cover Plan Plus!
4. COM Add-ins.
5. Mail reminder add-ins that keep a stub of Outlook open in the background
to check for new mail and fire reminders.
6. Anti-virus/firewall programs that are set to scan incoming and outgoing
mail.
