Outlook 2003 Crashes on W2k Machine

I have 1 machine in which the user keeps calling me saying outlook is
Crashing. I've repaired OL and even removed it completely and re-installed
but the problem still exists.

This was originally an upgrade from Outlook 2k to 2003, and now when you run
2003 you still have the old 2k icon in the system tray. (Which i thought was
weird).

I've only seen this once before, but in that case outlook crashed almost
immediatley - this will only crash about once or twice a day.

In my previous encounter I ended up just re-formatting the computer and
upgraded it fro 2k to XP to make it seem worth my while.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Andy

Try posting the information from the event log(s) or the error text it gives
when it bails. This should help a peer give some advice on what to
try/check.

The application identified in the log list is Office 11, all of the errors

did you try creating a new mail profile via the mail applet in the control
panel and delete the old one? (do not delete the old one first. create new
then delete old.)
