Outlook 2003 Crashes On Load - help!

Everytime I initiate Outlook 2003, I get the following error:
"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience." The report it wants to send to Microsoft
indicates an error code of 0xc00000fd. This just started happening after
years of no problem.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office twice with no luck. Where do I
begin?
