Outlook 2003 Connector Want Update

I'm Oulook 2004 SP3. When I start Outlook I get the message that Outlook
Connector must update to continue to recieve emails from my Hotmail account.
I select install. It downloads files & appears to install. Then the message
Outlook will restart for new update to take effect. Outlook doesn't restart.
I close and reopen but get the same message. Any suggestions for what to do
next??

Problem Solved. I closed Outlook. Downloaded MS Office Outlook Connector 12.1
to My Documents. Ran the .exe file from there with Outlook closed. When I
opened Outlook it didn't update the Hotmail account until I click on it and
then clicked Send/Recieved. It took a minute or two but it downloaded the
most recent files from my Hotmail account.
