Outlook 2003 Check Names Problem

We recently updated to Outlook 2003. The Check Names no longer works when you
type first name then last name. So when someone tries to email me and puts in
Cheryl Smith, Outlook says it has no suggestions. If you put Smith, then it
knows right away.

Also, I still have some Outlook 2000 machines (we are all on the same
server) and Outlook 2000 resolves the names just fine when they are typed
first last.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open your Outlook Address Book, click Tools, select Options, add the global
address book in if it's not there and use the arrow to move it to the top.
This way it will try to resolve the name using the Global address book first.
Good luck.

I ended up adding our "All Users" "All Groups" so as long as you are
connected to the network it works. If you are on a laptop and disconnected,
it will still say "no suggestions", but that's not so bad.

Thanks for your help.
