Outlook 2003 Terminal Server Issue

Hi,

I wondered if someone could help me. We are having a problem when some of
our users a composing an email in Outlook 2003, sometimes when either
pressing return within an email one of our users names gets added in square
brackets eg. [paul smith] I haven't been able to find any reasons for this
and I have checked things like autocorrect but am unable to find anything.

Has anyone else experienced this issue.

What you are describing sounds like the prefix/mark my comments option. See
Tools > Options > Preferences tab > Email options button. Settings are at
the bottom of the dialog.
