outlook 2003 - can't use Word as Editor

Yesterday this worked - today
When I try to compose an Email using the Word 2003 for html or Rich Text -
and
then try to Send the email
I receive "Interface not registered"


HELP
 
I have found the possible solution to the problem. If you have Norton Antivirus 2003 installed read the Microsoft KnowledgeBase item listed here

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;329820

(just cut and paste this address into your address field.


It states when your turn off the Norton AV plug-in you will again have use of Word as your Outlook editor. It worked for me
