Outlook 2003 Cannot Send To Hotmail

I am using Outlook 2003 and pop 3 server and it sends to every other domain
but bounces back from hotmail. I sent test email from my hotmail and it
arrived in inbox but when i replied to it, it did not go.

Is that the sum total of the message? It's a message from your SMTP server,
so without additional information it's nearly impossible to say what
engendered the error.
