I use a previous version of Outlook at my main job, and in that version (XP,
I believe), I can go to Other Shortcuts, access My Documents, and from there
access any directory and print a list of files. At my secondary job, we're
using 2003; I can't find a way to do this. Has this function been removed?
Is my only alternative making a .bat file and editing the Windows registry,
as the Knowledgebase recommends?
