outlook express

I originally used outlook express 6. My daughter needed student teacher
version of office 2003. I installed that and I assumed that it automatically
updated my outlook express. I had a problem with sending a file, instead of
deleting the send folder, I deleted the shortcut to outlook express and my
recycle file has been purged. I believe that I still have my outlook express
files but I cann't get to them. How do I get the shortcut back?

This is basic Windows 101 stuff. Recreate your shortcut in the folder from
which you deleted it. Open that folder, right-click and choose New>Shortcut.
Point it at the Outlook Express image C:\Program Files\Outlook
Express\msimn.exe
