Outlook Outlook 2003 Calendar Appointments

Hi All, Had a nightmare with my outlook and syncing to a mobile phone with the shift to daylight saving time. Basically all my appointments in outlook are one hour earlier than they should be. Is there a simple way to move all appointments back by one hour? All my location and daylight saving time settings are correct.
