Outlook 2003 Bulk Email

I am trying to use Outlook with my webpage hosting company to send Email to
about 100 recipients at a time. I am whitelisted with my host company's
server and I am able to send Email to 500 recipients per hour.
I receive Email without a problem. I can reply and forward Email. I can even
send Email as long as I only send it to one recipient or approximately less
than 10 or so.
When I send Email to 50 or 100 recipients, the Email goes into my Sent
Folder like it was sent but no one receives it. I do not get an error
message. I increased to the server timeout time to six minutes and this did
not help.
Any solutions?

It is a single e-mail with 50 - 100 recipients?
The limitation is not with Outlook. Check with your ISP if you are allowed
to address that many recipients at once (that is something else than being
allowed to send 500 mails per hour).

Yes, it is a single Email with 50 - 100 recipients. AOL is my ISP and
bluehost.com is my webpage hosting site. I have checked with both tns
explained the situation...they come back and say it is Outlook, but I will
check again. I have been trying to work on this issue for over three weeks
now...

You may be better off to use the Mail-merge in MS-Word and Outlook together
to send individual emails of the same content. You can use the Contacts in
Outlook, or use Excel (my preference) as the source for the email addresses.
