Outlook 2003 Beta: Out of memory

When attempting to send a new message with Outlook 2003 I get the following
message,

Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again.

Outlook 2003 even in BTR has a memory leak. Try exiting, then restarting Outlook more often.
