MS Outlook 2003

I have a large (1,004KB) message with many attachments in my inbox that I
can't delete. When I highlight and try to delete the message the following
message appears; "Out of memory or system resources, close some windows or
programs and try again" Please help!!!!

What happens if you hold the Shift key when clicking Delete?
 
After trying this the same message appeared...it did not work even with
control or shift.
